Terms and Conditions

1. Winner will be announced via email on the 1st of each month.
2. Winner will receive 5 x £20 worth of Almond Family Pubs vouchers.
3. All surveys will be accepted, however only surveys relating to visits that have occurred within the last 14 days will be added to the prize draw.
4. You will be added to the prize draw once your survey has been validated.
5. We reserve the right to return your questionnaire and ask you to re-submit if we find it to be incomplete.
6. Vouchers valid for 3 months.
7. Non exchangeable for cash or like for like products or services.
8. We're unable to replace any lost vouchers.
9. Vouchers may not be duplicated or re-used.
10. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. The management reserve the right to refuse admission in line with normal licensing law.
12. The management reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
13. All feedback whether negative or positive will be treated with confidence and good grace.
14. You must be over 18 to complete this questionnaire.
